Orders & Personalisation

Every duvet cover, pillowcase, and blanket is handmade from start to finish in Bristol, a city known for its vibrant culture and arts. Because each item is carefully crafted and personalised, we always encourage customers to request a mockup. This lets you: See how your design will look Experiment with colours and layouts. Be completely confident that your final order is exactly what you want.  By placing an order, you confirm that all customisation details  including names, colours, and layouts are correct.

Production & Shipping

To create each piece with the care it deserves, please allow at least 7 days for production. Once your personalised bedding is ready, it will be dispatched to your chosen address. Delivery times may vary depending on your location, and while we do our best to avoid delays, we cannot be responsible for carrier issues.

Returns & Refunds

Because every item is made especially for your child, personalised orders cannot normally be returned.  However, if your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 14 days, including photos of the item and packaging, and we'll happily replace it or issue a refund.  If there is an error on our part, we will also make it right - your satisfaction is our priority.
